Principle

Dust laden air enters the cyclone separation area of the equipment through a rectangular tangent line at the top of the cylinder. Under the action of a special flow channel, the airflow moves in a spiral motion from top to bottom in the cyclone separator. During the movement, high-density liquid droplets and dust particles are thrown towards the inner wall of the separator under centrifugal force, and under the action of gravity, they fall into the dust receiver along the inner wall. The airflow is in the inner layer, and gas-solid separation is achieved in the conical part, The radius of rotation decreases while the tangential velocity increases. The airflow and particles move in a downward spiral motion, and near the bottom of the cone, the airflow turns into an upward rotating motion. Finally, it is discharged through the top exhaust pipe, achieving the purpose of gas purification.




Structure

According to the different requirements of customers under different working conditions, it can be divided into internal cyclones and external cyclones. 

The connection methods include parallel connection and series connection. Various forms of dust collection, such as dust receiver vessel, diplegs, and wing valves, can be designed.
